OARC, Inc AGM 2018
DNS-OARC is returning to Amsterdam, NL for its 29th Workshop and will have a joint programme with the 39th CENTR Technical Workshop! It takes place at the Hotel Okura on October 13th and 14th, 2018 — immediately before RIPE 77 (October 15th — 19th).
Day 1 starts at 08:30 CEST where CENTR Members can pick up their pre-printed delegate badge. The CENTR Members only session begins at 09:00 CEST and ends approximately 10:30 CEST.
This is followed by a coffee break where all other registered delegates can pick up their pre-printed badges and the public session starts at 11:00 CEST and runs through until 18:00 CEST.
The day includes a couple of coffee breaks for networking opportunities and lunch.
As the DNS Root Zone first KSK Rollover takes place on October 11th, people involved in the Key Rollover and other industry experts will be present at OARC 29 and time has been set aside on the agenda for a follow up discussion about this and future root key and / or algorithm rollovers.
The Day 2 public session start at 09:00 CEST and last until approximately 15:30 AST (with a coffee break and lunch in between). Lunch and AGM registration takes place during the 15:30 coffee break and the OARC Members Only AGM starts at 16:00 CEST lasting until 17:30 CEST

It it IMPORTANT that Members participate to vote, either by attending in person or by sending a proxy. Members who are unable to attend, can submit a signed proxy. To request a proxy form, e-mail email@example.com ASAP. OARC must receive complete proxy forms by 23:59 CEST on Saturday 13th October.
