OARC 43 Event Details

We are excited to announce that OARC 43 will take place in a hybrid format, both in-person and online, at the Clarion Congress Hotel Prague, Freyova 33, Prague 9 — Vysočany, Czechia, on Saturday, October 26th and Sunday, October 27th, 2024.

DNS-OARC is a non-profit, membership organization dedicated to improving the security, stability, and understanding of the Internet’s DNS infrastructure. Our workshops, open to OARC members and anyone interested in DNS operations and research, are a key part of this mission.

Registration Fees:

Members should ensure they visit the OARC portal event page to access their registration discount for allocated seats. Additional instructions can be found on the OARC 43 event page.

DNS-OARC would like to announce a change in the early bird registration deadline! Please note that early bird registration will now end on September 18, 2024 at 11:59 PM CEST

- REMOTE Attendance:
— US$125 (Members within allocation / Speakers)
— US$200 (Others)

- IN-PERSON Attendance:
— US$425 until September 18th; US$525 thereafter (Members within allocation / Speakers)
— US$500 until September 18th; US$600 thereafter (Others)

Fee waivers are available to support under-represented groups at DNS-OARC. To request a waiver, please email meeting@dns-oarc.net for a special registration link.

Please Note: All registrations are non-transferable.

Early Bird Registration Deadline Moved

Please note that we have moved the early bird registration deadline up for OARC 43. Be sure to secure your spot and make your arrangements promptly to take advantage of the lower rates and to ensure you don’t miss out!

Accommodation

Conference rates are available for earliest arrival on Thursday, October 24th, 2024 and latest departure on Sunday, October 27th, 2024 (available on a first come first served basis until the rooms are no longer available).

NOTE: If you are also staying for the RIPE 89 meeting in the same venue, please book the accommodation for those dates separately and we will assist in merging both the OARC Workshop accommodation and RIPE meeting accommodation bookings in this hotel so you do not need to change rooms.

Lightning Presentations

Our Call for Presentations (CFP) is currently open for in-person lightning presentations, with a submission deadline of 5:00 PM CEST on October 26, 2024. Talks should be either 5 or 10 minutes long, and we have approximately 20 minutes available during Session 3 on Day 2 for these presentations. Submit your proposal via the OARC 43 CFP page.
