DNS-OARC is heading to Philadelphia, PA, USA for its 38th Workshop! It will be a hybrid online and in-person meeting.

It takes place at Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown on July 30th and 31st, 2022 — immediately after IETF 114 from July 23rd until the 29th.

Attending OARC 38

Attending DNS-OARC Workshops is open to all OARC members and other parties interested in DNS operations and research.

IETF 114 attendees are particularly welcome as both meetings will have complementary and non-overlapping content.

Discounted early bird registrations (with additional discounts for delegates from OARC member organisations) are now available. Further details and Registration links are on the OARC 38 Registration Page.

COVID-19 Protocol

People attending OARC 38 onsite in Philadelphia must be fully vaccinated
against COVID-19 no later than July 15th, 2022.

You are considered appropriately vaccinated at least 2 weeks after a mininum
of the final dose in either a 2 dose vaccine series (Pfizer, Moderna or
AstraZeneca) or the single dose series (Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen) vaccine.

If you do not meet these requirements, you are not appropriately vaccinated
for this workshop, and we request that you join us for OARC 38 virtually.

People who cannot show proof of vaccination will be turned away. There will be no exceptions.

Further details about the COVID-19 Protocol are at the OARC 38 Workshop site.

Accommodation during OARC 38

We have a limited number of rooms available at the workshop venue at $190 + taxes per night (flexible rate, cancellable up to 72 hours in advance of arrival date. Breakfast is not included).

Room availability is from arrival on July 29th with departure on August 1st.

If you are attending IETF 114, simply amend your existing booking to include the OARC dates, as this is the same room block that IETF are using.

Due to the limited number of rooms available at conference rates, both IETF and OARC are sending the booking link in the registration confirmation emails. Rooms are also available at the venue hotel at standard rates.
