In-Person Lightning Presentations

Our CFP re-opened on 15 August, 2023 to accept in person lightning presentations and will close at 5:00 PM ICT (Local Time) on 6 September, 2023.

Talks should be either 5 or 10 minutes long. We have between 30–60 minutes available during Session 4 of Day 2 for these presentations.

Please submit via the Call for Presentations submissions page on the OARC 41 website.

Attending OARC 41

In-person registration has now ended, but you are still able to participate remotely.

Please register to attend sooner rather than later. Registration is being handled for the entire week of events by ICANN DNS Symposium.

Attending DNS-OARC Workshops is open to all OARC members and other parties interested in DNS operations and research.

ICANN DNS Symposium (taking place immediately prior to OARC 41) attendees are particularly welcome as both meetings will have complementary and non-overlapping content.

Further details and Registration links are on the OARC 41 Page.

OARC 2023 AGM Nominations

Participation by members of the DNS-OARC community is crucial in guiding the trajectory of this dynamic organization. We are thrilled to announce the forthcoming OARC 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM), a pivotal event where decisions are made, strategies are outlined, and a path to growth is forged.

When and Where:
Mark your calendars for October 12th at 15:00 UTC, as we convene for the online AGM. To vote at the AGM and nominate, stand or vote in the Board elections, a Member must be in Good Standing at the time of the Record Date of 22:00 UTC on 11th September.

Board Leadership Opportunities:
At the heart of this event lies an opportunity that could define your impact on OARC’s future. We are in search of individuals with a zeal for progress, prepared to dedicate themselves to a two-year term on our esteemed Board. These visionary leaders will play a pivotal role in driving OARC’s growth, engaging in vibrant strategy discussions, diligent oversight, and active committee participation.

The Nomination Process:
The foundation of our Board is built on diverse perspectives and collaborative spirit. If you, or someone you know, possess the drive to contribute and lead, seize this moment. A nomination from an OARC Member by September 10th, 23:59 PDT, is all it takes to embark on this transformative journey.
